- To order, simple call us at 03-40213222 and quote the item code(s) as stated in brochure.
- Alternatively, simple state your desired flower arrangement and floral choice and subject to availability of materials we will try our best customize to your needs.

- To order, simple visit our website www.ladybirdfloral.com and follow instructions stated therein.

All order must be made at least 3 hours in advance of the expected delivery day for delivery made in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang. |
|
|
Please note that order must be made before 1.00pm to ensure delivery to be made on the same day to destinations mentioned above. |
|
|
Any cancellation of order upon confirmation will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. |
|
|
All re-directed gifts or flowers within our free delivery zone will be subjected to a minimum fee of RM10 per redirection. |

| 2) DELIVERY INFORMATION |

Please note that: |

- For any order amounting to RM80 and above, enjoy free delivery service within Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang to one delivery address.
- For any order below RM80 to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang, a delivery fee of RM10 will be charged to each delivery address.
- For deliveries to destinations other than the above stated within Malaysia, delivery fees will be charged according to local transportation service. We will advise you accordingly upon order being placed with us.

| 4) GENERAL INFORMATION |

In the event of unavailability of materials, Ladybird reserves the right to make replacement on any item equivalent value prior to your consent. |

Ladybird maintains quality standards, flowers and other materials sent are subject to seasonal availability and may differs slightly from those featured in brochure. |
